Since my first company in 1997, I've personally taken 4 multi-million dollar businesses to the next level and received an MBA from a top 30 school. I've worked closely to grow more than 2 dozen companies and coached and trained hundreds of others to do the same. These businesses have been in a wide range of industries including medical device, SAAS, retail sporting goods, construction, financing, global manufacturing and more. My client list includes Fortune 500 and successful startups though I specialize in growing companies in the 5 to 300 employee range.

My personal mission is to help 10,000 people better their lives by growing the companies that they own or work for. I LOVE the game of business, and I love succeeding at it. While making money is awesome, I most love the the personal development that owners and their employees experience while a business grows.

Professionally, I’m a mentor, an entrepreneur and a best-selling author. I’ve got seven books to my name, on business (including one book co-authored with Michael E. Gerber), sales, productivity, IP development and meditation.

I co-founded Thought Leaders Business School in 2012, and ran that business for eight years growing it to just under $5M turnover before exiting. I also started Pure Bookkeeping in 2010, and remain as the chairperson mentoring our Australian and North American CEOs.

My commitment to all my clients is to help them to live a full, extraordinary life. This is the work I’ve been doing in one form or another for over two decades. Working with my clients to get what they want in life and in business fills me up, and I reckon I’m pretty good at it.

At home I’m very happily married to my gorgeous wife Trish. I’ve got two amazing daughters, Scarlett and Amelie, who are my biggest commitment and my greatest joy.

And finally I’m an Ishaya monk and meditation teacher. My own meditation practice, and my vows as a monk, give the context for everything else I do.

After 25+ years of management across multiple sectors, I began investing in business through acquisition. Through years of self learning, study, and coaching I've reached a pretty clear understanding of what I am good at and what is better for me to pay others to accomplish.

I have a Finance MBA, Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), and over 15 years of data analysis, data modeling, conversion, and building models, analytics, and dashboards using MS Excel and VBA. I also work with Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

I’m passionate about solving business challenges, optimizing operations, and helping people succeed. With a background in sales, business development, and technology, I focus on streamlining processes and driving business performance.

As the General Manager of a construction company, I secured the largest project in company history and helped achieve its highest revenue in a decade. I also led key structural changes—refining the sales process, implementing a CRM system, and improving overall efficiency. Prior to that, I worked in the tech industry, troubleshooting complex systems and supporting high-level software solutions.

At my core, I love tackling problems, making data-driven decisions, and building systems that allow businesses and their people to thrive.
