When does the program start?
We launch a new cohort the first full week of every month. Spots are limited, so once the 20 company seats are filled, the next opening is the following month.

How fast will we see results?
Within the first four weeks. Phase 1 is designed to deliver at least $2,000/month in measurable ROI from saved time, reduced costs, or increased revenue.

What happens after the First 4 weeks?
Phase 1 proves AI works in your company. Then Phase 2 and 3 focus on bigger, higher-ROI projects, rolling AI out across your team, and scaling your business to the next multimillion-dollar level.

What if it doesn’t work for us?
If you complete the first four weeks and the program isn’t paying for itself at least twice over, we refund your payment. No hoops, no hassle.
After the first 4 weeks, you can cancel anytime. No contracts, stay because it works.

What if we’re already doing AI?
Perfect — we meet you where you are. Whether your team is new to AI or already experimenting, we dovetail into your current pace. Our focus is making sure the next projects you add are high-value, not distractions.

What if my team isn’t very “techy”?
That’s normal. The projects we start with are chosen to match your team’s skills and workflows. We’ve guided companies in construction, services, and tech — the result is always the same: your people can use it every week without being AI experts.

What if some of my team opposes AI?
Not everyone has to adopt right away. Some roles may not need it. But over time, AI will feel like the internet, computers, or power tools — if you refuse to use it, you’ll be left behind. We don’t force it on every person, but we expect teams as a whole to become comfortable and capable.

Is this just templates and training?
No. Templates are tools — the real difference is we work side-by-side with your leaders and team to make sure projects are implemented, adopted, and delivering results.

How much time should we commit to?
Most companies spend 2–3 hours per week during Phase 1. That time is quickly offset — sales reps save hours per week, managers make faster decisions, and teams cut proposal/reporting/invoicing time by 50–85%.

Can smaller teams or individuals join?
The program is designed for teams, but individuals or small groups are welcome to join at the same team rate. Even if only one or two people from a company participate, the program still provides immense value and full access to all resources. The first month includes unlimited users to help everyone get started and find their rhythm.

Can larger teams or franchises join?
Much larger organizations including multi-site franchises can still find the program highly applicable and effective. If you need separation beyond the separation already provided between boards and teams, we can configure additional security or department/site separation (reach out to discuss your needs).

How do you handle data security, privacy, and compliance?
We take data protection seriously. NLB uses industry-standard safeguards for all shared files, communications, and program platforms, while each client maintains security on their own systems. For companies under HIPAA, FERPA, or government compliance, we adapt workflows and provide best-practice guidance but do not assume regulatory responsibility. Confidential information is managed per our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and participation data may be used to improve the program. We never sell personal information.

Are there any limits to users?
We do not limit how many users you can add. Each company account includes up to 20 active users per month. An active user is anyone who engages during the month by logging in, attending a session, asking a question, or otherwise participating. Active users are assessed at the end of each month, and billing for additional users is applied the following month. Additional active users beyond 20 are billed at $10 per user per month.
